Secondly, the Aurora Bridge (George Washington Memorial Bridge), is dedicated in 1932.The 3,000-foot, steel cantilever bridge between Fremont and Queen Anne completes the final link of Highway 99 from Canada to Mexico. It is the first major highway bridge in Seattle.
