| Hundreds of thousands of fans in 2014 pack a parade route through downtown Seattle to celebrate the Seattle Seahawks’ first Super Bowl win, three days earlier over the Denver Broncos. Despite sub-freezing weather, an estimated 450,000 people line the 2.5-mile route, with the only problems being overloads to transit and communications systems.
